Robin Waltenberger, RDN, LD, MS, NCC, LPCC is passionate about supporting couples, families and individuals. In addition, Robin has over 40 years of experience as a registered dietitian/nutritionist with a holistic perspective and has earned a reputation for being on the cutting-edge
of nutrition therapy.  If needed, she can evaluate how your food choices may or may not be supporting your mental health and your relationships.  Robin can advise you in making changes in your or your child’s diet to improve behavior, boost memory and concentration, and increase peace in your home. If you are dealing with illness, Robin is uniquely qualified to empathize with, teach coping skills, coach, and motivate individuals, couples, and families through chronic medical conditions as well as medical crises.

Areas Of Competence

Application of marriage and family theory, therapies, and techniques to treat, evaluate, assess, test, counsel, and manage emotional disorders and relational disharmony within the context of marriage and family systems in individuals, couples, or families. Individuals include children, adolescents, and adults.
   
Evaluation, diagnosis, and assessment of nutritional status in children, adolescents and adults of all ages. Development of eating plans to prevent, treat, support, and improve mental and physical performance in early childhood, school-aged children, adolescents, pre- and postnatal women, pre- and postmenopausal women, and older adults. Design custom plans to prevent deficiencies in the presence of allergies, intolerances or disease states such, ADHD, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, gluten intolerances, diabetes, overweight and more.  Application of lifestyle strategies to enable individuals to cope with and manage diagnoses within, thus preventing disrupted relationships within the family system.

FEES

The initial session is $185 and subsequent treatment sessions for individuals are $165. All sessions are 50 minutes long. Sliding scale fees can be arranged on an as need basis. Fees are expected at the beginning of each session.
